Steamed Chocolate Cake
About 1 week ago I tried to make Chocolate cake and this is my first time making it and it made me a little nervous because I was afraid it would taste weird but, I was wrong and this made me eat repeatedly because it was so delicious. I made this cake twice because my younger siblings liked it very much and so did my Aunt and Uncle. Very easy to make it and the ingredients it's not hard to find that's why I like to make this cake. I think for someone who likes something that's not too sweet this is the right cake for them. I'm the type of person who does not really like something sweet so this cake is good for me.
The ingredient:
- (150 g) granulated sugar
- 1 sdm SP
- 4 egg
- (80 g) purpose flour
- (80 g) dark chocolate
- (120 g) unsalted butter, at room temprature
- 2 sachets chocolate sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- (35 g) cocoa powder
How to make it:
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate and don't boil it, just until it's melted (chill in room temperature for 25 minutes
- Mix the purpose flour with cocoa powder, vanilla, and baking powder into one
- And then beat 4 eggs with granulated sugar and sdm until they turn white.
- After that mix the cocoa powder in the beaten eggs little by little until everything is mixed evenly
- And put the melted butter and dark chocolate into the mixture, mix everything into one
- Divide the dough into 2 in different places, and seperate the dough in a small place that's for the chocolate layer in the middle
- Mix chocolate sweetened condensed milk into a small dought for the middle layer
- Then put the first mixture into the tray and stream for 25 minutes, after that put the chocolate layer in the middle and beat for 10 minutes.
- The last, after 10 minutes, put the remaining mixture and steam until cooked.
Chill for 35 minutes and after that you can enjoy it.
